Improving your physical performance and mobility is the secret to a happy, balanced lifestyle. Pilates is an incredibly efficient way of doing this! Over time you will see massive results when it comes to your core strength, posture, and even pain relief.

We love pilates because it can do so much for your body at the same time. Whether you need to relieve muscle tension, boost your natural ability to burn fat, or just promote mindfulness Pilates can do it all! 

If you are struggling with your mobility in particular then you will love our Pilates classes that have an extra stretch element to them, which will improve your core strength and drastically improve your flexibility.

Lily Riddle

I first started training with Dani following a back injury with the objective to improve my core and stabilise my hips. My chiropractor recommended I work with him. At the time I was grossly overweight and had limited mobility, head to toe.

Dani never judged me and gave me the confidence to continue to work with him in the gym. We made great progress and for many weeks no two PT sessions were the same. Dani built in significant variations in the exercises and made it fun.Some years on we are still training together. During this time Dani has enabled and encouraged me to lose body fat, eventually dropping a 1/4 of my body weight through training and eating sensibly.

Dani is also an incredibly talented Pilates trainer. Through his Pilates classes (in person and online through the pandemic) he has enabled me to continue to improve my mobility especially through the areas of my body that were suffering from old injuries (Shoulders, Hips, Ankles, Feet!).

I can't recommend Dani enough, he is a genuinely caring person who provides first class, individually tailored,  training programmes enabling us to achieve our goals.
